UPDATE AS OF 4/28/2023: Due to tomorrow's anticipated weather, the Mission Voice 5k/1 Mile race scheduled for Saturday, April 29 is being rescheduled to Saturday, May 6.
The Mission Voice 5k/1 Mile race is being held to fundraise for the Moorestown Department of Parks and Recreation programs for individuals with special needs.
The department’s programs benefit 300+ children and young adults. These programs include Summer Camp, S.M.A.S.H (Social Meeting After School Hours), Challenger Baseball, Let’s Dance, Soccer, and a Holiday Party welcoming families from Moorestown as well our neighboring communities.
This event is a 5k race and 1 mile walk to be held at Strawbridge Lake by Mission Voice to help raise funds for special needs programs in South Jersey including the Moorestown Parks & Recreation Department's Special Needs programs.
Mission Voice is a 501(c)(3) founded by the O'Donnell Family to help children with special needs and specifically communication issues.
In 2023, Quaker Wealth Management, LLC will partner with Mission Voice to host the April 29th Race.
*This race is a USA Track & Field sanctioned event
The race will be timed using Chronotrack RFID Chip Timing by CompuScore
