S.M.A.S.H. (Social Meeting after School Hours)


Sponsored By The Monica Buckley Foundation and Supported by Wegmans.
Activities will include Karate, Music, Art, Yoga, Cooking, Pre-vocational Activities and Games

LOCATION:

 Moorestown Recreation Center, 111 W. Second Street

DATES:

      Program will return in the Fall.

 $25.00 

AGES:

 High School special needs students and young adults

TRANSPORTATION:

 Provided by the Moorestown Township Public Schools
Participants from the Moorestown High School will be bused after school to the Moorestown Recreation Center and transported home leaving at 4:30 pm.  Questions or to Volunteer - Contact the Department of Parks and Recreation at 856-914-3093.

SPECIAL NEEDS SUMMER RECREATION PROGRAM – 2017 “KIDS HELPING KIDS”.

AGES

: Two groups – Ages 5 to 12 (Students transitioning from kindergarten to first grade to 6th grade) Ages 12/13 to 21. (Students transitioning from 6th to 7th grade to young adults)

DATES

: Wednesday, July 5 thorugh Friday, July 28. 

TIME

: Monday – Thursday 12:30-3:30 PM (directly following ESY)Friday – 8:30-3:30.

LOCATION

: South Valley Elementary School.

TRANSPORTATION

: Moorestown students will be dismissed at 3:30 PM and transported home. Friday participants in Moorestown will be picked up in the morning and transported home in the afternoon.

ACTIVITIES

: Field trips, theater, arts and crafts, games.  

BRING

: Bagged lunch and an afternoon snack.

FEE

: $100.00 per participant (VISA and MasterCard accepted).

REGISTRATION

: Register at: Community Pass under Winter 2016/17.
