S.M.A.S.H. (Social Meeting after School Hours) - WINTER SESSION

Activities will include Karate, Music, Art, Yoga, Cooking, Pre-vocational Activities and Games
LOCATION:Moorestown Recreation Center, 111 W. Second Street
DATES:Thursdays, January 11 to March 15, 2018. (no program when Moorestown High School is closed or has an early dismissal).
AGES:High School special needs students and young adults
TRANSPORTATION:Provided by the Moorestown Township Public Schools
Residents and non residents who attend Moorestown High School will be bused at 2:00pm to the Moorestown Recreation Center. Residents will be transported home leaving the Recreation Center at 4:30pm. Non residents will need to be picked up by a parent/guardian at 4:25pm.

SPECIAL NEEDS INDOOR FIELD DAY - FAMILY SUPPORT OUTING
Join us for an "Everybody Wins" indoor field day. This is an opportunity to get out of the house on a winter day and have your child participate in a variety of fun activities. Participate in activities such as basketball, bean bag toss and more.
LOCATION: Moorestown Church Street Recreation Center, 3rd Floor and Gym
DATE: Sunday, January 7th
TIME: 12:15 to 1:30 PM
FEE: Free, but please register.

SPECIAL NEEDS PROVIDER'S FAIR - January 28, 2018
Does your company or organization provide services or products that would benefit individuals with disabilities and their families? If so, then you might want to purchase a space at the Special Needs Providers’ Fair sponsored by Moorestown Department of Parks and Recreation. $35 includes a 6 ft by 2.5 ft table and 1 or 2 chairs. Please bring your handouts, brochures, promotional items and/or giveaways. Space is limited to 48 providers, please register early.

For anyone wishing to learn about what services are available to individuals with special needs - admission is free and no registration is required.
The Maple Shade TOPSoccer Program and the Moorestown Department of Parks and Recreation are offering an inclusive soccer program open to children ages 4-21 with special needs. The program offers a modified version of the game of soccer designed to provide a fun, relaxed, and active environment for children with special needs to participate with the help of a "Buddy".
