  • The Township's policy on snow removal is that plowing occurs in storm events that accumulate 4 inches or more on the roadway. In such events, the "red and green routes," major roads, and secondary collector roads through town are maintained throughout the event.

    Once the red and green routes are completed, cleared removal begins on the remaining roads throughout town until all are completed. In events lesser than 4 inches, the town's salting and sanding policy of treating the "red and green routes," major, and secondary roads throughout town is followed.

For those with a Tuesday trash day (district 2) brush pick-up is the 2nd Monday of the month. For those with a Wednesday trash day (district 3) brush pick-up is the 3rd Monday of the month. Thursday trash day in district 4 will have pick-up on the 4th Monday of the month.

    The garbage can is too large (over the maximum size of 30 gallons).

    It consists of construction debris, which is not picked up.

    The garbage can is too heavy (weight limit 60 pounds).

    Recyclable items are in with trash.

    Leaves are in trash (leaves are banned from the landfill).

  • Water and sewer are billed 4 times a year. Your water is based on consumption and your sewer is determined by the amount of water you use during the 1st quarter of each year. This amount sets your sewer and will remain the same for each quarter of that year.
