  • No, we are not able to hold checks. All payments must be receipted on the day for which they are received. All payments are posted to the proper accounts the day they are received.

  • Property taxes are due on the following schedule:

    1st Quarter - Due February 1

    2nd Quarter - Due May 1

    3rd Quarter - Due August 1

    4th Quarter - Due November 1

  • The 3rd quarter estimated are mailed in the summer and are due August 1. The remaining final tax billing showing the 4th, 1st and 2nd quarters are mailed once the county certifies the current tax rate.
