Zumba, the Moorestown Department of Parks and Recreation's newest fitness class, begins on Thursday, Oct. 21.
Each class will start with a warm up and cool down and will incorporate stretching, toning and cardio. Classic rhythms such as salsa, meringue, bachata, hip hop, country and pop are all part of the fun class. Joan Kindsfather is the course instructor.
All ages are welcome. The class will take place on Thursdays from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. The class has a $10 drop-in fee.
Zumba in the Evenings starts next week on Wednesday, Oct. 27 from 7 to 8 p.m.
