Notice of Intent to Award a Contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with Sourcewell for the Purchase and Delivery of a 2027 Freightliner M2 106 Plus Chassis
Moorestown Township intends to participate in the Approved Contract No. 032824-DAI for the Purchase and Delivery of a 2027 Freightliner M2 106 Plus Chassis.
Information regarding the contract may be found on the Sourcewell website at Understanding How Cooperative Purchasing Contracts Work I Sourcewell (sourcewell-mn.gov).
Moorestown Township, as a member of Sourcewell, anticipates joining the Approved Contract No. 032824-DAI on or about January 26, 2026; said contract expires, pursuant to the contract Sourcewell has with the vendor, on July 9, 2028; said contract may be extended in accordance with any extension granted through Sourcewell contract with Daimler Trucks North America.
It is the intent of Moorestown Township to make a contract award to Robert H. Hoover & Sons, Inc., an authorized dealer, pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to Sourcewell’s request for bids.
Moorestown Township is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2. Comments should be sent to Patricia L. Comment period ends on December 29, 2025 at noon.
