Check out this October's culinary classes! All culinary classes are taught by Chef Katie. She has been cooking and teaching professionally for over 12 years. She worked her way up through local restaurants and graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Culinary Management from the Art Institute of Philadelphia. She loves working with local and sustainable ingredients and sharing her passion with others.
All baking and culinary classes are held on the 3rd floor of the Church Street Recreation center. Appropriate attire is required including hair pulled back, closed-toe shoes and long pants. Aprons will be provided.
Learn to be a Chef—America’s Favorites

Oct 22: Chicken Fingers, Mac and Cheese and Oven Baked French Fries.
Oct 29: Fresh Homemade Pasta with butter and freshly grated parmesan or tomato sauce.
Nov 5: Sushi Making! Veggie rolls and crispy shrimp rolls. Or simply plain rice rolls!
Nov 12: Burgers and Pretzel Dogs. Yeast Dough from scratch to wrap up dogs!!
