Full time police officer employment is under the auspices of testing by the New Jersey Civil Service Commission.

The Police Department accepts resumes for SLEO II Officers on a continuing basis. Prospective SLEO II candidates must have completed SLEO II training academy courses certified by the New Jersey State Police Training Commission and have satisfied any monetary training obligations to their previous employer as per Statute.
