Township Code prevents leaves from being placed in the street, any traveled way, or within 10 feet of storm drain inlets. This ensures rain drains efficiently to prevent flooding. It also ensures safe traffic flow for cars, bikes, and pedestrians. Help us prevent flooding and keep our roads safe by complying. We request that when you see a blocked storm drain, clear it when it is safe to do so, or let us know of the blockage and DPW will clear it. Thank you.

We will make TWO collection rounds per district. As always, we need your help to make the operation work efficiently. It is very important to place your leaves according to the schedule. Please have all your leaves out by the Sunday Night before your pickup week. Leaves placed out after your scheduled dates will not be collected by Public Works. If you are planning a special social function at your home during the leaf collection months, please remember that Public Works cannot accommodate special leaf collection requests. Landscapers may use the Township Composting Facility on Creek Road, Monday through Friday, 10am-2pm for leaves collected in Moorestown Township. A permit must be obtained by the contractor at the Office of Public Works, 601 E. Third St. Residents using a landscaping service should notify their landscaper of the Fall Leaf Schedule. The Public Works Department sincerely appreciates your cooperation in this effort.
There will be no brush collection in November and December.
