Concentrating on correct posture and breathing control, Tai Chi’s movements are fluid, graceful and well balanced, promoting the complete harmony of body and mind. Tai Chi provides the mental relaxation and physical fitness so essential in our modern stress-filled lives.

Tai Chi Basic Skills and the Simplified 18 Steps Chen Style Tai Chi Quan will be offered.
Wenrong Zou Atkins has been practicing Tai Chi for many years. She has trained under the tutelage of Wang Lijuan, Han Junsheng, Shen Chao and Zhi Ning. She has participated in many large-scale Tai Chi demonstrations and has been recognized with the following awards:
