Wesley Bishop Park Litter Removal


Date:  Saturday, 4/17/21 (Rescheduled AGAIN due to the forecast calling for rain all day on Saturday, 2/27/21)

Time:  12:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Where:  Wesley Bishop Park (Meet in the parking lot next to the turf fields)

What:  Removal of litter throughout the park, including large pieces of trash in the wooded areas along the edges of the park (tires, pieces of wood, plastic, etc.)

IMPORTANT:  It can get very cold at Wesley Bishop Park, especially when the wind is blowing.  Please dress warmly and appropriately for a chilly and messy job!  Long pants and long sleeved shirts/jackets.  No shorts. Wear boots, if you have them, and bring gloves.


We will provide trash pickers, buckets, and trash bags.


Students can receive community service hours for helping!
