CENTERTON ROAD BRIDGE CLOSURE
CENTERTON BRIDGE TO CLOSE MARCH 10th
Historic Centerton Bridge over the Rancocas Creek North Branch that connects Willingboro and Westampton to Mount Laurel will close for inspection and repairs Wednesday, March 10 from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. The bridge undergoes inspection and routine maintenance four times annually. In the event of inclement weather on Wednesday, the maintenance will be performed Thursday, March 11th.
Traffic normally accessing the bridge along Centerton Road (County Route 635) will be detoured to Creek Road (CR636), I-295 and Beverly-Rancocas Road (CR626). Centerton Road will be open to local traffic only on both sides of the bridge.
The center swing-span bridge was built 1903 by NJ Bridge Co. of Manasquan NJ. It is manually operated and in the National Register of Historic Places.

With the upcoming renovations to the Municipal Complex, the Police Department has moved to temporary quarters at 1245 N. Church St., Suite. 3 on Friday 2/19/2010. The Police Department facility is located at the corner of N. Church St. and Twosome Dr. across from the Skate Park. All telephone numbers will remain the same.

TUMBLIN' TOTS - Spring 2010
The spring session of Tumblin' Tots will be sponsored by the Moorestown Department of Parks and Recreation on Thursday mornings for eight weeks from April 15th through June 3rd;

Ages 18 mos. to 30 mos.- 9:30 AM
Ages 2 1/2 to 4 - 10:30 AM
(Birth Certificate Required and a parent or guardian must stay with children during the program)


The program is held at the Church Street Recreation Center, 111 W. Second Street, and the fee is $65.00 for residents and $75.00 for non-residents.

ROAD CLOSING - CHURCH STREET
NOTICE TO RESIDENTS


OVER THE COURSE OF THE NEXT THREE MONTHS, THE WATER MAIN WILL BE REPLACED IN CHURCH STREET BETWEEN MAIN STREET AND ROUTE 38. ON OR ABOUT JANUARY 18, 2010, CHURCH STREET WILL BE CLOSED TO THROUGH TRAFFIC AND A DETOUR PROVIDED SO THAT WORK MAY BEGIN.

ACCESS TO CHURCH STREET WILL BE AVALABLE FOR LOCAL AND EMERGENCY TRAFFIC DURING THIS TIME, HOWEVER, THE ACCESS POINT TO CHURCH STREET WILL VARY DEPENDING UPON THE LOCATION OF THE WORK ZONE. IF THE WORK ZONE IS AT THE ROUTE 38 END, ACCESS TO CHURCH STREET WILL BE AVAIABLE FROM MAIN STREET AND WHEN WORKING AT THE MAIN STREET END, ACCESS WILL BE FROM ROUTE 38.

DURING THE TIME THAT WORK IS GOING ON IN YOUR BLOCK, PLEASE PARK ALL CARS OUT OF THE WORK AREA ON A SIDE STREET DURING WORKING HOURS OF 7:00 A.M. TO 4:30 P.M. (WEATHER PERMITTING)

UPON COMPLETION OF THE WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT, CHURCH STREET WILL BE REPAVED BY BURLINGTON COUNTY UNDER A SEPARATE CONTRACT.

ROAD CONSTRUCTION-: Route 73 Fox Meadow Road / Fellowship Road
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on or about November 11, 2009, work will commence on the Route 73 Fox Meadow Road/Fellowship Road Project. This will involve widening, reconstruction and structural work on Route 73 from mile post 28.78 to mile post 30.15.

The contractor, South State, Inc., expects working hours from 7am to 5pm, commencing 11/11/2009 ending 7/6/2012.

THE RIGHTS OF TENANTS DURING FORECLOSURE
The NJ Public Advocate's Office has learned that some tenants are being inappropriately forced out of their homes when the building in which they are living has been foreclosed. Under NJ law, most tenants have the right to remain in their homes during and after a foreclosure.
