NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) TO
BUILD, MAINTAIN AND MANAGE AN AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECT
Sealed qualifications will be publicly received, opened, and announced by the Township of Moorestown in the County of Burlington, State of New Jersey on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at 3 p.m. in the Council Chamber of Town Hall, 111 West Second Street, Moorestown, New Jersey 08057-2480 from developers qualified to finance, build, maintain and manage a 100% affordable housing project on Block 7401, Lot 3, also known as the Nagle Tract.

Chamber, Township of Moorestown, 111 West Second Street, Moorestown, New
Jersey 08057 at 3 p.m. on Wednesday,
September 20, 2017. Attendance is not
mandatory, but recommended.
The RFQ may be
inspected at the Office of the Municipal Clerk, Town Hall, 111 West Second
Street, Moorestown, New Jersey 08057-2480 (Telephone No. (856) 235-0912, Ext. 3015). Copies will be furnished to prospective
bidders upon request. Copies can also be
requested by emailing: Contact Name, Company Name, Address, Phone Number, Fax
Number and Email Address, along with your request, to the Township Clerk at firstname.lastname@example.org. Submissions must be
received no later than Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at 3 p.m. and must be
enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to Patricia L. Hunt, Township Clerk,
Township of Moorestown, 111 West Second Street, Moorestown, New Jersey 08057 and marked on the outside with the
words: RFQ: Affordable Housing Qualifications.
Respondents must comply with all laws for rendering of professional
services to Moorestown Township including, but not limited to, New Jersey
Pay-to-Play Laws, Chapter 10 of the Code of Moorestown Township, as well as any
amendments thereto, P.L. 1975, c. 127 (Affirmative Action Law) and P.L.
2004, c.57 (Business Registration Act). A contract will be awarded under the fair and open provisions of the
Pay-to-Play laws, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq.
reserves the right to reject all submissions, to reject any submission not
complying with this notice, and to waive informalities of any submission if such
waiver is deemed by the Township Council to be advantageous to the Township.
