MEXICAN TRAIN DOMINOES


Come join us for Mexican Train Dominoes.  We have a facilitator to help guide the program.  No experience necessary. We can teach you how to play.  The object of the game is for a player to play all of the dominoes from his/her hand onto one or more chains emanating from a central hub or "station".

Come out and join the ladies for lunch, cards and socializing on Tuesdays at the New Albany Recreation Center from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.  No registration required.  All are welcome.


SENIOR CARD GROUP


Every Wednesday and Friday our senior women and men get together to enjoy cards and fellowship at the New Albany Recreation Center from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.  No registration is required.

SOCCER - ADULT OVER 35 - Fall


This program promotes informal (non tackle) soccer games. Players must have at least a basic knowledge of soccer. The program is mainly for adults not playing in another outdoor league.

All participants must be pre-registered for the program. There is no registration at the field. Early registration is suggested, as the program is limited to 40 participants. -Teams will be chosen next week, depending on the turnout. -Participants should bring a dark and white shirt each week. -Rubber cleats and shin guards are required.

Missy has also had extensive USTA playing experience and specializes in singles and doubles strategy.

WALKING CLUB 


The Moorestown Department of Parks and Recreation is proud to announce the formation of a walking club.  Our vision is to create a community of all ages to explore the outdoors, exercise and embark on a healthier life.  Current plans are for morning, afternoon and evening walks during the week and on Saturdays.  Guided walks through our local parks and open space is also being planned.

LITTLE WOODS WALK, Tuesday, October 16th


Join Susan Buffalino, Sanctuary Director at the Rancocas Nature Center, will take you through a walk along the Rancocas Creek.  The loop trail, blazed and maintained by STEM Natural Area Care volunteers, provides unexpected views.  Some lucky hikers may glimpse one of the local bald eagles foraging for food.  Meet at 5:00 PM on Creek Road, almost directly across from the intersection with Laurel Creek Boulevard. Trail is easy to walk, but like many outdoor trails, small obstacles may be encountered.  Recommend hiking shoes and tick prevention.
