Board of Special Assessment Commissioners
Meeting Dates: Held on an as-needed basis.
Board of Trustees of Free Public Library
Meeting Dates: Meets monthly on fourth Wednesday of month @ 7:30PM (with the exception of July and December for the third Wednesday of the month @ 7:30PM in the Library Meeting Room. Regular meetings are not held in August.
Economic Development Advisory Committee
Meeting Dates: 4th Tuesday of each month (no meetings held in July and August) at 7:00 p.m. in the Starr Center of the Moorestown High School, 350 Bridgeboro Road, Moorestown, NJ.
Environmental Advisory Committee
Please be advised that Council is in the process of finalizing 2010 appointments to the Environmental Advisory Committee; therefore, currently there are no Committee meetings scheduled for February.
Ethical Standards Board
Meeting Dates: May 13, October 21 at 7:30 p.m. at the Conference Room at Town Hall, 2 Executive Drive, Suite 9A, Moorestown, New Jersey.

Open Space Committee
Meeting Dates: 2nd Wednesday of each month at 7:00pm in the First Floor Meeting Room or in the New Jersey Room, both located in the Library, 111 West Second St., Moorestown NJ 08057.

Telecommunications & Technology Committee

Tree Planting & Preservation Committee
Meeting Dates: 2nd Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Second Floor Conference Room of the Moorestown Library, 111 West Second Street. The public is welcome to attend.

General Information
The Township of Moorestown is 15.1 square miles and has a population of 19,017. It is located in southwest Burlington County bordering Cinnaminson and Delran Townships on the west, Willingboro Township on the north, Mount Laurel Township on the east and Maple Shade Township on the south; approximately ten miles east of Philadelphia.
Moorestown's municipal government operates under the modern and efficient Council-Manager plan. A five-member Council is elected at large on a partisan basis. Each member is elected for a 4-year term, on an overlapping basis.
The Township Manager, a full-time professional administrator, is appointed by the Council. Under the Township's administrative code and the Faulkner Act, the Manager is vested with broad executive and administrative authority and responsibility.
